Ingredients and Quantity(Serving:3-4 Persons)
1.Fresh Chicken:Half(chopped)
2.Coconut:1 whole pc(need around 50%of coconut strips only)
3.Coconut Juice:400~500 ml
4.Ginger Slices:3 Slices
5.Crushed Garlic:2 Cloves
6.Shaoxing Wine:1 Tbsp
7.Oil:2 Tbsps

1.Light Soy Sauce:2 Tbsps
2.Dark Soy Sauce:2 tsps
3.Oyster Sauce:1 Tbsp

Instructions
1.Rinse chicken pcs,soak in hot water for 10 mins,pour blood water,rinse it again and drain,set aside.
2.Rinse coconut strips and cut 2-3 short strips each.
3.Pour oil into wok,add ginger and garlic,stir it briefly,use high heat,add chicken pcs,Shaoxing wine,high heat to fry for 2 mins.
4.Finally add all seasonings into it,hight heat to fry for 3 mins,add coconut juice and strips,stir it briefly,cover lid,high heat to braise for 15-20 mins(add salt if necessary)and serve,enjoy!
Tips
1.Coconut seller will help to open the coconut and cut into strips,coconut juice will give it back to you.
2.If use whole chicken,you can use all the coconut strips.
